In this program you’ll find everything you need to know to train like a badass with a fabulous ass over the next 2 months.
With individual tutorial videos covering every single exercise, you can train with the confidence that you’re maximising your efforts from day 1!
For this program you’ll need access to everything you’d find in a commercial gym, including dumbbells, barbells, bands, cables, and a bench.
If you have those at home, you can always train there too!!
Note: If you don’t have access to cables or a barbell, these movements can be substituted with resistance bands or dumbbells respectively.
